Return Policy

We want you to love our delicious cocktails as much as we do but if something is not quite right you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate your return.

Products must be unopened, undamaged and unused . Please note that products are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged on arrival at your nominated delivery address.

Returns are issued as store credit, a refund to the original payment method or to your bank account. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are not covered, and you're responsible until the item is delivered and inspected. You will be able to purchase a label directly from us and the amount will be taken off your refund.

Faulty Product

For order issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, order number or proof of purchase. Allied Beverages reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item doesn't meet return criteria.

Return Options

Standard Refund

Please email your order number and email address to chat@alliedbeverages.co to initiate a standard return back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your product is received and quality checked by our team, we will issue you a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing time with your financial institution.

Store Credit

Please email your order number and email address to chat@alliedbeverages.co to initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your product is received and quality checked by our team, we will issue you a store credit to your BLVD Drinks account.
